About the President

At a very young age, President/CEO, Helen Perry recognized her ability to produce ideas that generate profit. Unaware at the time of what the “entrepreneurial spirit” meant, she shared her plan of creating a fund source for summer time activities with two other girls in her community. They went from door-to-door collecting soda bottles, dinner boxes from local restaurants, and requested the help of their parents to cook, while they packaged Bar-B-Q dinners. With only $85 worth of bottles redeemed, and after quickly selling all the dinners, the girls divided $375 from sales, earning them each a $96 profit. This summertime weekend venture became a means to fund their activities, and fueled a number of Helen’s other business ideas.

Helen went on to establish and run for several years Gerimani Furniture (factory direct furniture sales), and Omnaire Transport Company (set-up and delivery; move-outs and "old" furniture salvaging service). The two companies operated both independent and interdependent of the other and provided a more personalized, one on one "order by catalog" furniture and delivery service, which not only saved customers thousands of dollars, but also afforded them all the benefits of buying factory direct.

Corporation Profile

Dwring, Inc was established in May of 2001 as the parent company for our core business geared towards cultivating new product innovations and business concepts for inventors and entrepreneurs. Omnaire, formally Omnaire Transport, is a division of the company, whose entities are Ideation, Distribution and Media.

Dwring has three main divisions and four sub-divisions

1. Omnaire Ideation – product concept development, product design. Website development
• Consulting Inventors/Entrepreneurs – workshops
• Product Licensing
2. Omnaire Distribution - central distribution and fulfillment center for "new innovations."
• Omnaire Transport - freight carrier service
3. Omnaire Music & Media – music production, lyrics, jingles, event production, etc.
• Omnaire Triune - stationary, greetings, gifts, art and animated characters, etc.

Omnaire Ideation consists of exceptionally qualified experts that are highly motivated to help you develop your inventions. We are currently developing a number of product ideas for clients pursuing licensing options.
